So I was listening to npr this morning, and on morning edition they were talking about how shady the Gonzalez-firing of attorneys thing is.  There are 21 "interim" attorneys serving right now - because "interim" lawyers don't require Congressional approval, thanks to our lovely Patriot Act - plus the appointment of judges is becoming an issue
