Erk for your upcoming operation, though I'm glad to hear it's a minor one - best wishes for it anyway, because even the little ones take some recovery... and from cats too, by the sound of it!

Well, no, the operation isn't minor but not life-threatening (not having it could be though).

Thanks: a friend of mine spent two weeks in hospital and two other weeks in a rest home but she was a heavy smoker with another health condition. She is perfectly well now.
