SNOW DAY!!!!

OMG...  the storm I said was coming our way yesterday never came....  but the frakker snuck up on us last night and this morning.

I don't think we're supposed to get a lot of accumulation but the wind is brutal out there.   The buses are cancelled and it's going to be a looong drive for my husband to get to work to day.

Here too there are 700 closings in a few county area everything is closed from the ice storm which is on top of snow so its lovely~ and know the wind is coming! and the temps are falling its going to suck even more later~

Yeah it does, but hey I grew up here so I am used it, its better know that I don't have to go out and work in it.

Thats why they invented air conditioning~ lol I would die without it on those hot and humid days out house holds the heat forever in the summer.

I love the heat. I like it cool in the evening so that's usually the only time I appreciate the Air conditioning.

I sure do hope we get a summer like we did last year, it was awesome. I think we were in the pool almost every day last year.

told mom last night, that when she got up, and looked outside and decided that we weren't going in to the office, to buzz down and tell me so that i could turn my alarm off...

she did. (good mommy i have!)

just woke up. i love it.

but, however, i do still have to work... can do that from home... but that's cool

and good man hubby is!

What would be really nice is if it dies down in a little while and the boys and I get to play in it.... that's always the best part of snow days...

right now, they're driving me nuts.

gee... you could get them to sit down with some crayons and paper and "plan" and "design" a snow fort to try and build once they are able to get out...

i always loved forts when i was a kid... snow, tree... as long as it was a fort, i was happy! *G*

Stay warm!

We've got rain at the moment. Mix precipitation throughout the day and accumulation & winds later. Bleh. All of a sudden it is ridiculously bright outside and I can't even see the sun.
