I find when I go out to eat, that I'm too distracted by the things that they did not do correctly in their meals, that I do not enjoy it much.

Though I'm often taking notes from their menus... "Ooh... That's something I should make next week."

But yeah... like yourself, I enjoy cooking, and nad creating food for myself, my wife, and my baby. And, cooking is the only way to justify watching TV. I can't just sit on the couch and watch TV, I feel a deep urge to be productive while watching TV.

So yeah... if you start a sous chef business, let me know. :-)
