The only good that's coming out of this is I'm not getting charged any further for work done on her. But after this, she's not going back to that place...EVER!!!

True I have. Thing is I very rarely use that language in my journal, so I guess I felt afterwards an apology was in order. I don't think of things before hand.

Oh I intend to taking it to another shop. One that I know does good work. As soon as I get her out, I'm not letting those guys touch Vixey ever again. That was the last straw.
