Draco, Marked, a Harry Potter Painting

Movies This Weekend

Watched X-Men First Class the other day. It was fabulous. I wouldn't compare it to The Dark Knight, but it was a very entertaining and successful reboot of the franchise. Overall, besides Beast, I'd say the special effects looked pretty good, especially Mystique, Wasp, and Emma Frost. I have a few complaints, though. ( Cut for X-Men spoilers )

Oh Draco! What a beautiful piece of art! I might just have to nab a print this time. Stunning (as always).

I love all the explanations behind it, too. Just lovely. <3

Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoy reading explanations. To me, the process is more interesting than the final product sometimes :)

I will take plenty of pics! It should be a fun, smaller con. Too bad you won't be there :( This'll be the first year in four years in which I won't be seeing you :(

Oh Draco. I like both versions, the promise of the clothed Draco, and the darkness of the nude one. The facial expression is very suggestive, and the raven is awesome.

His facial expression IS very suggestive! I left his expression quite open to interpretation. I'm glad you enjoy both versions :)

Oh wow, this is so powerful. Draco has such a haunted look on his face. Well done!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoy it :) Draco's face really drove me in completing this piece, to sort of tell the conceptual story behind that look.
