Sake cocktails? Hmmm, I have a bottle of sake. What sake cocktails do you recommend? I only have one recipe in my books, though notice there are some on-line.

I made them with 2 shots of sake, 1 shot of lychee wine (you could probably substitute 1/2 shot Paraiso, the flavour is stronger), 1 shot of apple sour liqueur and topped up with lychee juice (the kind you get at the chinese supermarket). That was based on a sake cocktail I had in a San Francisco sushi bar; I also had a good one at Ginger with lemon, but don't know how to recreate it. If you ever go to Ginger, it's the Sake Sucky Fifteen Dollars - let me know what's in it, if you do!
