Aww, man! What I hate... what I REALLY hate... is when Fandoms go INSANE!!! Yes, we've all seen it happen, yes it is rather sad when it happens, and yes... I do want to go through LJ with a chainsaw and just destroy every post I see pertaining to that damned Harry Potter book

Admittedly I used to be a fan, but the rabid fangirls made me flee the fandom as quickly as I possibly could.

I am in no hurry to read this new one. I haven't even read the fifth one yet. XD

I think you need to chill a bit honey...people are always going on about something, this time it's Harry Potter. Most popular books ever written, don't be such a killjoy. :)

Then again, I know damn well that the people who are complaining about spoilers will be one of the first to write a full essay on the damn book once they've finished reading it so it's all a bunch of bull!

No, you see, what people are talking about is the idiots who post spoilers where ANYONE can see them. No warnings, no cuts, nothing. Just RIGHT THERE! Like for the last book, someone had made a "RIP Sirius" icon that I saw before I could read the book, that was more than a little infuriating. So, the people being pissed about the spoilers and yelling at people NOT TO SPOILE THE BOOK FOR THEM are the ones who will post long reviews of the book BEHIND A CUT!

That's where the difference lies.

I lost my interest in Harry Potter. People are crazy, the Barnes and Nobles around my house is the biggest one in the general area so everyone was there, ironically after they'd finished watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, which in my opinion, should beat out Harry Potter in sales. It's not 600+ pages long and there's the funniest quotes in it XD

Oh what I would give for Malfoy to be a girl XD Then it'd be easier to pair him up with Harry and have him seduce him XD Okay, yeah ^^;;;

Watch me write an essay about it later, don't worry, I'll lj-cut it :-P
