a few soundbites during a break on an unusually busy day. . .

- Weekend was good.  A nice combination of relaxing and productive.  Tango on Saturday was fantastic!  We learned a really wonderful turning version of the salida .  Really elegant - will have to remember this!.  Double bonus that we're starting to pick things up much faster than before

Just a quick update. I heard an interview on NPR today from the director of the Cutty Sark's rennovation board. He said that Much of the original sails, rigging, planking, and other carpets etc. had already been removed for cleaning. The fire got the deck and the wood that the rennovation crews had put in place. He seemed optimistic about the recovery efforts, and said that if the fire had happened 6 months ago, it would have been a much different story.

You're right - that aspect started come out fairly late in the news day yesterday, but still it's good to know. Still, this makes an already difficult task even more so.
