mockingbird (i'm not afraid)
Sometimes when I read (or, in this case, reread) a good book, I feel the need to post about it. Because people who aren't me have maybe not read the book, and maybe they'd like to. It feels almost like a responsibility to share that.
On the other hand, some books, everyone's read, and there's really no need to share it.
But I kind of have to.
So I'll just say:
On the day the last 80 pages of To Kill a Mockingbird don't make me sob, I hope someone thinks to say nice things at my funeral.
*sniffles*
Miss Jean Louise, stand up. Your father's passin'.
