YAAAAAAAAAY! I know it seems impractical to try to bring that back, but I have a Jewish boyfriend who is currently not eating pork and misses bacon. Not to mention that I miss turkey bacon!

if you uber-freeze it and then put it in an insulated lunch bag with a cold pack, it should be okay.
