Also, I realized that not too many of the ling classes are actually that compelling. Maybe.

Definitely take musical theatre, it's such an awesome class (homework involves stuff like reading "Company" and "Falsettos") and Ryan is hilarious. There are only like, three or so papers (no tests or any other written assignments), and they're so fun and easy to write (and for one of them you can sing in front of the class instead). And I think it's going to focus a little more on modern writers this year, which will be even better (Ryan said he was going to include LaChiusa this year, yay!). If you don't need to take statistics, you should take the AOKO class instead--I love her, and it'll definitely be more interesting than math.
