registration time is upon those of us with more favorable enrollment appointments. mine's at 1pm.
I'm taking:
ANTH 83a: Anthropological Inquiry (anth major; writing intensive)
MATH 8a: Introduction to Statistics and Probability (quantitative reasoning)
ANTH 98??: Senior Research or somethin' (which is my independent study with Janet)
and a fun class.
THA 25A is American Musical Theater.
ANTH 153 is Writing Systems and Scribal Traditions with Urcid.
there's psychological anthro with Janet,
I could take a Teuber class (Aesthetics: painting, photography and film)
or get my QR and CA out of the way at once with Topics in Greek and Roman Art and Archaeology, taught by AOKO and Meyer. (although maybe I can get CA credit for archaeology from Dublin.)
The Art of China? that's a 9am and an hour and a half, though.
I've heard all about Unglaub, but a class of his I might be interested in meets MW 5-6:30 which is damn late.
Advanced Linguistic Analysis with Lotus would be pretty cool, as would Language Acquisition with Malamud.
Thoughts?
OMG TIME CONFLICT BETWEEN MUSICAL THEATER AND AOKO!!1!
I'll have to do stats and theater, because I want to do theater more than the archaeology one. Taking stats rules out Language Acquisition. Damn those class schedules.
