Well thank heavens fandom didn't latch onto Blurt. I died. Also Hum-Dinger is one of the best portmanteaus ever. And yay family and friends who are family and awww everyone is just so perfect.

I was assuming there'd be an ending in sight soonish but it still makes me sad! I fully expect that Cooper/Brittany lunch drabble once you start in on prompts and that sort of thing, btw! ;)

Also, I have to admit that I'm with Kurt. I've never particularly liked Klaine, but Blurt makes me laugh every damn time. ;-) I even got my friend from the DWTS fandom who betas for me to call them Blurt. Fun times!

This is kinda awesome. And honestly, reminded me of seeing how my mother welcomed my wife into the family so readily. The wife's family is very distant anyway, and is uncomfortable with us because we're "not normal", but my mom was a lot like Burt. In fact, I think that's probably why I love Burt so much. He reminds me of my mom. I never knew that until now. Because of this. Because of you. Your Burt brought my mom back to life for me just a little bit. Thank you.

This Burt is a lot like my mom as well. She was always the cool parent who hosted youth group sleepovers and adopted all my friends. And she loves my sweetie as well. (True story: I got up Sunday morning to find my wife on the phone with my mom. They'd been talking for an hour.) ;-)

Aww, I love this chapter. It's so nice just seeing them be happy together and Blaine being so warmly accepted by Kurt's family is always nice to see. I love this story.
