This is such a lovely read, and I'm so happy with your gift!

I have to agree with featherjournals that the first and last lines are brilliant and that the structure of the story is great.

I also love the fact that Helga's and Gryffindor's love grows in a long standing friendship rather than a passionate encounter.

And you gave some backstory for the sword and cup!

And the story has an open end! Something I didn't ask for but I love open endings and to me this made the story even better. I don't think you could have written this more to my taste even if you had known me.
