um, so, um, ah, some people said that wanted to see some art, after I talked about getting such better results with taping a piece of paper to the wacom. Here is something I've been working on. I'm not really happy with anything other than her face, and now that I decide to show someone, I end up hating it

You *should* be proud! That's some sweet foreshortening!

The only suggestion I really have is that the forefinger and ring finger could do with just a *hair* shrinking, so that they look veeery slightly shorter than the middle finger. Other than that, I think you've just hit the point of staring at it for so long that it's turned into a jumble of lines for you, much like staring at a word for long enough will turn it into a jumble of letters.

(And in random manga recommendations - the mangaka for Sorcerous Stabber Orphen [sometimes known as just Orphen] is most excellent at drawing hands in perspective, and he knows it, so he's always drawing characters casting spells out of the page at the reader. XD)
