Oh, are you running a 64-bit version of Windows? I've never tried that, myself, just Linux. Let me know how it goes.
I forgot to mention this earlier, but store the thermal compound in the fridge if there's any left.
I also think I forgot my light blue sunglasses in your car or on the white piece of furniture near the door. I do that all the time. D'oh -_-
