And then Buffy gawked, just a little, at the accent. Ooh, pretty. She had a thing for Irish accents... No! Bad Buffy. "Uh-- Buffy, Summers." She extended her free hand in invitation for a handshake. "Is, me. And you are...?" She smiled politely, trying to look as inviting and open and not-nervous as possible.

"Th'--name's... oh, right. Bullseye. Nice to, meet you." She paused, but then couldn't stop herself. "Bullseye? Really? I mean, just...it's not really a common... Hi. Nice to meet you." And now she was blushing for an entirely different reason.

Drawing herself up and flashing one of her more winning smiles, Buffy greeted the girl. "Hi. I'm Buffy. I came... I was invited here, sorta. Except, I'm a little fuzzy exactly on the details.

She only gave the claws a brief glance and tried not to draw attention to them. Having lived so long in close proximity to demons, and even ending up friends with a few, meant she didn't really notice physical abnormalities, other than to note the difference.
"Ahh, thanks. They're, kinda heavy. I swear, I tried to pack light, but... I've been accused numerous times of being a clothes-horse." She easily picked up two of the bags, and left the third for the girl.

Buffy's arrival is distraction enough for Penny to lose her hold on the small thing and it skitters off to hide under a bush. Oh, well. Penny watches the girl a moment before speaking.

"So, do I, just go in? Or...this is kinda the part I have no clue about." She gave a small chuckle, mostly at herself.

"Penny Stark. It's nice to meet you. You can just go on in. It's what every other new arrival does," she said with a small smile. "Let me get the door for you." Pulling the door open, he stepped aside for the girl.
