Hee, don't you love how when friends and family pick up on the subtext? My brother saw the Mylar before I even did, which is why he laughed when he saw how the writers were entertaining the idea of a romance with him and Maya.

Oh, I know! I gave her a set of the DVDs and she saw it far more quickly than I did. She says things about them that even shock me sometimes...

What I find hilarious about this is that a ridiculous number of the Heroes slash fics I've read describe characters as letting out a "hiss" of pleasure, pain, and/or anger. I was going to write a rant about it entitled "Things that make you go SSSSSSS" except I reread one of mine and realized that I'd done it, too.

Now I can't shake the thought that everything Sylar knows about sex, the cockroaches taught him.

Just so you know, I read this and then laughed myself into a 90-second coughing fit. Then I texted it to my friend, who had a similar reaction. So a good time was had by all (except, possibly, by Mohinder).
