Workout stuff

I've lost my motivation for working out. It started like this: I hurt my back while doing stack leg/staggered arm pushups. Then, I had a bout with insomnia that lasted a few weeks. Now, I'm just not motivated to get up early and workout.

That's the thing, though. It didn't bore me. I liked the challenge and even if I wasn't feeling the benefits, I felt better about myself. You'd think that would be enough to motivate me, but it isn't.

The thing about P90X is that there are so many different exercises that it's definitely not boring. Core, cardio, shoulders & arms, yoga, legs & back, and chest and Kenpo. That's a week's worth of workout. One for each day with the last day resting. My back is better and my insomnia is nearly gone. I really don't have an excuse for not starting up again.
