Oh no I totally forgot to post the comment I've already written in my head- silly me
but now i can only say I'm glad the cliffhanger is over and I can go right to the next chapter
I so hope Jack's ok
and btw I'm real proud of Ennis- this will be a hard journey for him but he's willing to try to change and that's everything.
now I'm off to read the next chapter

I'm proud of Ennis too, Paula. He's really trying to make some important changes in his life and be the man Jack needs him to be. The beauty of this personal growth is that eventually Ennis will become the man he deseves. Someone unwilling to let life rein him in because he understands now that he can change his stars.

Cliffhangers are not necessarily a bad thing. But, I have to admit that, this time, I did not want everyone worrying about Jack for another month. That would be unnecessarily cruel.
