As some of you may have heard by now, Terry Pratchett has been diagnosed with a rare form of early onset Alzheimer's. As you can see, he's upbeat about it, and at this time he's doing just fine, and thinks "there's time for at least a few more books yet." So that's good news. I thought of you when I saw the news about Terry Pratchett. So sad, but good to see he's taking it in his usual good humor. *hugs*

I am crushed. All I can find to say is that he will find a way to use this to benefit other sufferers of Alzheimer's, by raising awareness if nothing else.

I know, it is very distressing. I am sure he will, though.

BTW, how are you? I'm sorry we haven't talked in quite awhile - things just got so crazy with moving, new job, and the convention picking up speed! How're things?

Things are good, very busy on this end too. Getting married, setting up house, job searching, etc - my feet have barely touched the ground for the past year or so. Congratulations on getting the con going!

Congrats on the marriage and all good things! So now that the con is going to be in Arizona (for many reasons, the main ones being that the People With Experience In These Things AND the Funds are located there), are you still thinking of going? :)
