I found out about this show in April and I haven't stopped watching and re-watching ever since. Seriously, it is among the most addictive shows I have ever watched.
It is not without its flaws and cheesiness at times, but it comes with lots of benefits and perks!

REASONS TO WATCH
[1] [ANGELS AND DEMONS]
Honestly, guys how long has it been since we last had a show on television that was about Angels and Fallen Angels and Demons only? I mean apart from Supernatural which has turned Angels into politicians (:P)?
How long has it been since we last had a show about Angels and Demons the way they should be?
Magnificent, fearsome, flawed, conflicted, malevolent, benevolent and everything in between?
In this show we get a lot of that every week.
[2] [THE PERFECTLY CASTED CAST]
If you watch the first two episodes, you will immediately understand that no one else, could EVER play each part better! Each and every actor and actress has been selected for a reason and that is because they bring their parts to life. The voices, the mannerisms, the styles...Everything is unique and unforgettable.
All actors and actresses really convey their part in the best possible way. You love to hate the evil ones (although some are really like everyday people), and the good ones just make your heart melt with their sweetness and their heartache.

[3] [THE STORY]
It might sound cheesy, but believe me it is NOT.
Valeria Gascon lives in Barcelona with her family. Her mom, Laia (whee a Greek mythology name), a surgeon, her dad, Juan Carlos, a sketch artist/cartoonist and her younger brother, Santi (Santiago).
She also has an older brother, Rudy (Rodolfo), who used to play with a band called Stigmata III, but he disappeared over a year ago.
Natael, an angel has been observing her ever since she was born, because she is destined to be an angel and help save souls.
In the same city, there's a company of Fallen Angels, drawn together by their need to corrupt and harm. Duna, is 600 years old but she has the appearance of a 10-year old girl. Alexia, is 400 years old with ties to Natael, ties that hurt them both. Graziel tends to seek fun everywhere he can get it and Iris is actually a horny bitch (And I love her).
They have it in for Natael, so once he makes Valeria an angel they seek to destroy her in every way possible. Their secret weapon is Damian. The boy that Valeria is in love with and which they have succeeded in corrupting. He is their tool in order to seduce Valeria...But what if Damian cannot resist the light and the goodness that Valeria represents?
[4] THE CREEPIEST LITTLE GIRL YOU HAVE EVER SEEN/OR HEARD]
Seriously, Duna may look like an innocent little girl, but trust me, she is anything but.
The first time I saw her, she gave me the creeps and after hearing her voice...Well, that was enough to give me nightmares...
I mean after watching their daughter in this show, I don't know how her parents can live in the same house with her. I'd think she'd stab them in their sleep! lol
She is so pretty though.
I read somewhere that she is dubbed to sound more menacing.. I don't know if it is true but Jeesus! lol
[5] THE SEXY LEADS
Mar Saura - AMAZON
Jaime Olias - SEDUCTIVE
CARLA NIETO - VERSATILE
I have seen her in lots of shows and she can play both innocent and slutty. She rocks!
DANIEL GRAO - GORGEOUS
Daniel Grao doesn't play in all the episodes, but he does keep a special part since season one and I adore him. I recently watched Julia's Eyes just to see him in it for 5 minutes and also his old show "Acusados".
[6] THE TALENTED FEMALE LEAD
Aura Garrido
She played in the movie Planes Para Manana and everyone thought she was superb (me too).
I also saw her in the mini-series Crematorium. She was Amazing, she was kinda emo-goth and she rocked the style!!
She has played in quite a lot of things and she is like only 21.
[7] [THE BATTLES]
In the show we get a lot of battles between different people.
[8] [THE WTF/ZOMG MOMENTS]
Seriously, I cannot even count the times that this show has made me go all "squee" or "zomg", or even "wtf?????".
[9] [THE CONTINUITY]
It is impressive how the show remains true to itself and its core. Also, as you watch more and more episodes, you will realize that the majority of the people that Valeria needs to save - at least their souls - have been there from the beginning or are connected to other people in the show in some way.
For example, someone killed a girl by accident in season one and the victim's sister's soul is in peril in season two because she wants revenge...
[10] THE MUSIC
The music is epic in this show. I cannot even begin to tell you how much I love it.
At first I thought it would come across as pompous since there's a lot of symphonic music, but it is just right.
It even has fantastic title music. Plus, the band "Ticket" became known through this show.
[11] THE DOOMED ROMANCES
The Damned, doomed and everything in-between romances that leave you with a bittersweet taste and gut you even as they put a smile on your face.
Seriously, it has two of the most deliciously doomed/damned romances you have seen.
It's all about bitterness, damnation, unrequitted love, forbidden love and sexiness.
VALERIA AND DAMIAN
Let's just say they are both gorgeous and I couldn't think of anyone else, other than Jaime Olias to play Damian.
His face is amazing.. he can portray both good and evil with a change in the way he looks at you! You can really see his pain through his actions...

ALEXIA AND NATAEL
He is an Angel, she is a Demon. but she used to be his protegee.
He mentored her only to break her heart and she turned to evil.
Now she loves what she can never have and he is torn between compassion and hate for her.
