That quote in the title is from Truman Capote - and it's true! I could have easily spent my entire time in Italy in Venice and had a fantastic time. I loved just wandering about, buying handbags (I only bought two), eating pizza, pasta and gelato.

Thanks! I'm so glad I missed all the rain - those flash floods in Genoa were awful. I am back home, back being super busy at work and catching up with people.
