(on a side note, Lyon are being complete dumbasses and seem to want to extend Coupet's contract, which already goes to 2010. I still think that Lloris coming is a real possibility though :\)
Obviously, I (sadly) have no inside info, but I just have a feeling that Hugo is fine with Eder leaving, because he knows they'll be ok. Eder, meanwhile, is freaking out at the idea of being apart.
(I realllly do not want to be obligated to follow Lyon (not that it's not too late for that already, since Eder's going), but god it would be so great if they stayed @ the same club! How old would Coupet be by, say, 2012?! Like 90? Please tell me he's not still Rayray's first choice.)
At least Ederson will be made welcome at Lyon with all our Brazilians (he will totally not sleep with Juninho, I promise)
(Coupet will be like HECK HECK OLD. He's already like what, 35 now? He'll be the old crony of Lyon. When it comes to France NT, I'm Frey all the way ~_~ You will always be welcome to follow Lyon though ;p)
And: YES. SO AGREE ON YOUR REACTION TO THE FIRST. I feel like Hugo surprised himself (and Eder) by being ok with it, knowing they'll find a way to still be together. Meanwhile, Eder is totally freaking out about being apart. &hearts
