Almond fudge

This is something I remember from my childhood in Tanzania - I first had fudge at my Swedish friend Rosita's house in Moshi back in the mid seventies. A couple of days ago I came across a recipe online, that looked like what I remember us kids concocting at Rosita's house, so I gave it a go. Tooth-achingly-sweet, crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth fudge -

Good stuff! And extremely easy to make. They are actually extremely sweet and rather on the rich side, but I guess tha childhood memories they evoke are part of the goodness for me. :)
