Mo needs to be slapped. Heartily. About the face and neck -- well, not the face. He needs that for being pretty with. But otherwise yes, sound beatings all around.
And we all know that being black is what got DL killed, sad but true. Matt gets shot four times in the chest and lives; DL gets shot once in the shoulder and is nowhere to be found. The only reason Mohinder is still alive, I suspect, is that he's both dark skinned and filling the role of the obligatory gay-but-not-really-but-just-look-at-him-he's-got-to-be-gay character (especially in th face of the Matt/Mohinder domestic bliss). He's a double minority, and a foster parent. He's probably not going down for a while at least....
origamifrog23 made the interesting point that D.L.'s headstone listed "2007" as his date of death. So, presumably, if the writers et.al. are not just fucking up again, he either lingered a long time or died of something not the gunshot wound. I'm interested to see the catching-up episode and maybe find out what's up with this.
Mo is going to live, despite the sheer dumbassery of using the word "never" in relation to bad things befalling him, while in close proximity to a small child. (Matt's even worse for this, having said "promise," but I think it's illegal to kill him for a few eps yet.) Not for teh gayish, but for his role as one of the few non-powered regulars. Which is also why I'm concocting ways to not (permanently) kill Bennet.
I sincerely hope they gave DL a good reason for dying. Because honestly...ugh. It's bad enough his storyline was chopped up and he was kinda misused as a character, but to have to go out with no real explanation (as of yet)? Tragic and headdesk-inducing.
And Mo is so stupid. So, so stupid. I swear, every time I start to get hopeful that he's gotten a clue, he goes off and does something completely ridiculous...
I seriously laughed when I heard the Celtic-ish music at the end. XD
Yeah, if you ask me, the writers are dropping all sorts of balls. I say we gather up all the people that are sick of our characters and show being murdered and write a bunch of letters to the writers and creators... They probably wouldn't pay attention, though. :/
Oh Mo... Despite your PH.Dness you still failed in life. *shakes head* The writers gotta get back on the ball or hell give it to someone else. Their characterization is crippling.

I'm also surprised that you found Hiro's area disheartening. I thought I was the only one. I liked it to the point where they prolonged it... Because I was all set to see him come back. *shakes head* That's asking too much apparently.
And for Peter... Well, maybe its the so called virus of stupidity that struck him since season finale. Only thing plausible.
