no further attack will be made in Spanish territory(

2: Of course Spain is hunting terrorists. Spain didn't give up it's power. The point is in finding an acceptable middle ground between the two sides. Giving up would be to let the terrorists win the whole table. Staying in Iraq qould be not recognising that we cannot destroy them, or that they their point of view (on the necessity of the existance of Israel, NOT on the use of bombs) too should exist.
