I'm on a pie roll now that I feel like I have the perfect crust recipe. Too bad this pie didn't work out quiiiiiite like I expected. The strawberry and raspberry filling was runny. It was still quite tasty . . . and we can just call it a cobbler, right?

i'm making chicken pot pie tonight. i have the fillings recipe already, but i was wondering any suggestions on the crust. i'm making a real pot PIE and not those annoying creamy chicken soups with a biscuit lid that people call pot pie, so need a sturdy but flaky dough. any takers?
