Red Berry Pie

I'm on a pie roll now that I feel like I have the perfect crust recipe. Too bad this pie didn't work out quiiiiiite like I expected. The strawberry and raspberry filling was runny. It was still quite tasty . . . and we can just call it a cobbler, right?

Another suggestion for mitigating the runniness, don't use cornstarch, use tapioca instead. You might need a little more tapioca, but the 1/4 cup would probably do it, just be sure to let the filling ingredients sit together for 15 min before you pour it in the crust.
