Quick and Easy Maple Candied Pecans

These pecans are salty and sweet and scream fall. You probably have everything you need to make these in your pantry right now. Feel free to double this recipe, but be sure to use 2 baking sheets instead of one so you can spread out the nuts.

Yum! I have a similar recipe which includes black pepper. Also works well with walnuts.

Parchment paper, and then I spray the parchment paper too. No mess on the pan :)

I meant the pan pan. Um, the one you use to cook everything in first. The skillet pan, haha. :) Should have clarified, sorry.

Oh I see! When I transfer from the skillet to baking sheet, I use a spatula to spatulate (ha) every drop out of the skillet and onto the (parchment covered) baking sheet. So there's really nothing left in it to harden. Then I stick it in the dishwasher and rinse the spatula off immediately with hot water.
