Will I ever tire of trying to make good fried chicken in the oven? It seems unlikely. Hope springs eternal, after all, and making one of my favorite foods healthier is a labor of gastronomic love.
Perfect timing. I just stuck some chicken in the fridge to thaw for tomorrow and was wondering what to do with it. I think I'll give this a shot. I know a buttermilk soak always makes chicken better and the crust looks fantastic. Thanks for sharing!
