Oven-fried paprika chicken

Will I ever tire of trying to make good fried chicken in the oven? It seems unlikely. Hope springs eternal, after all, and making one of my favorite foods healthier is a labor of gastronomic love.



This recipe was actually very good. But I have a lot more oven-fried chicken to make and eat before I declare any one recipe victorious. It's a game that has no losers, only winners.
