I hadn't had duck in a while so I picked up a couple of Gressingham duck breasts during my lunchtime shop

I love duck! Tho I am more of a leg person than breast, but... it's still duck.

What you did to it looks awesome, I hope it tasted as goood. I await the experiment... it's always good to experiment, that's how we found cider, rosemary & honey lamb!
