Pizza Balls

I'm sure there's a more clever name for this. I made out of leftover pizza dough (ran out of pizza sauce) and some unused pizza toppings (shredded cheese, sausage bits). I just had this little crazy thought that I could make a "char siu bao" sort of object, except this would be baked in a rather hot oven instead of steamed. That's how these things

They have these as an appetizer at Izzi Pizza in Jakarta, Indonesia. Absolutely delicious. Here's a shot.

They look just like pepperoni rolls that we used to make in our pizzeria, though never made it with sausage before. They're very popular back east in the States.
