Looks good! I love panko...it's my go-to breading. Oh, Pat and Gina...they are a hoot! My friends and I joke about how watching them is like watching soft core porn sometimes.

You know, I can't stand watch Down Home With The Neelys (well, mostly Gina) but I'm not gonna lie; they have damn good recipes. The ones we've tried, so far, have been spot on.
