gods I don't know what it is about corn tortillas and eggs, they seem to go together so perfectly, x2 with cheese!

I am so doing this tomorrow! I think I'll brown some yummy longanisa and crumble in there too, though. And maybe use pico de gallo instead of straight tomato

Ooh yeah I was thinking next time I mix in some chorizo and top with pico de gallo and some mexican queso fresco...yum
