If in the UK, and near a Waitrose - they sell a camembert there (Baer's) with a line of truffle butter in it. It's very good, and not too badly priced at around £6 for a small camembert. Might be of interest to someone reading this. I have half of one in my fridge right now - goes very well with a Belgian geuze beer!

I would never have thought to serve it with beer! Will have to try it next time around!
