I was SHOCKED on Friday to find out that not only was Willow Bird Baking is 1 of only 12 blogs to make it to Round 9 of Project Food Blog, a competition to find the next food blog star, but it was also READER'S CHOICE -- which means I had the most reader votes out of all the competitors!! WOW! It's all because of you, and I cannot thank you enough

Lovely! I ADORE pimento cheese, but I also grew up having the real stuff...made w/ quality ingredients like yours. NOT that scary safety orange goop sold in stores. I've discovered so many people that are afraid of pimento cheese because of that, so I'm always having to convince them to give it another try. I've never used gouda in mine, so I am looking forward to trying your recipe! (And hopefully converting a few more skeptics!)
