I had a huge disaster making this the last time -- I used unsalted chicken stock, and the flavor was just awful. No matter how much salt I added, it still didn't work. While wondering how to rescue it, I decided to add a can of coconut milk. Stoopid me didn't look at the expiration date before dumping it in -- the can was at least 3 years old -- and tasted like it. The whole pot went down the drain :(
But I want to try again, and will copy this recipe -- that has all my favorite flavors!
