Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, I created an "adult" version of s'mores: a salty, buttery graham cracker crust with toasted walnuts, rich bittersweet chocolate center with Guiness beer, and homemade marshmallow.
It's very very subtle. When I ate the chocolate filling on it's own I could detect a hint of the stout. However, you could also make it without the beer by increasing the heavy cream.
