Bruschetta with Romanesco Puree & Sun-Dried Tomato Tapenade

Haha I know, I know. I really wanted to keep it intact but couldn't come up with any good recipe ideas. Next time that is my goal. Do you have any great recipes using it intact?

Keep it as simple as possible because it has a fine taste.
Basically, anything you can do with broccoli like baking it with a cheese/white sauce or just break into small florets, steam them and mix them with pasta.
