Considering that I had Thai food tonight for dinner, and Didn't have Pad Thai? This just makes me want to have it now...maybe tomorrow XD! Great great stuff.

Love Pad Thai though I usually have chicken. The sliced onion isn't something I've seen before on Pad Thai but would be very tasty so a good idea for the next time I make some.

I used the sliced onion because I didn't have bean sprouts ._. It adds another type of sweetness and I figured the ingredients were flavored similarly so it wouldn't hurt to add it in XD;

And that's how recipes become personalized for your own taste. :)

I end up using a LOT of bean sprouts in my pad thai because I usually have to buy them in a 1 lb bag and since I'm cooking for one person and they don't last, I hate to throw the extra out. I DO use them in summer rolls of course, but again, there's only so much you can consume in a short period of time.
