it looks delicious. i think the emotional bond between you and yr panini press will be stronger if you name her yrself. haha, that being said my sister just named her ice cream maker spencer and i never know who she's talking about when she's like 'spencer was being such a little bitch today'

I am getting married soon and want to register for a panini press... but my fiance thinks I am crazy and that it will take up too much room in the kitchen. Sniffle :(

It IS big, but so useful. And I just throw the grill plates in the dishwasher after use and it's ready for the next day.
