 So this is my first posting to the community, Hope you all enjoy, forgive the lack of photos, as I left my SD card at the venue. I will do my best to describe in detail.

ive been taking to brining my chicken before cooking too and at first I was amazed by the outcome. It cant do it any other way now for grilled or fried chicken.

That dressing sounds nice and something that can be made, stored and put in all kinds of places. Im filling that away.
