so did you just use regular mint or do they sell peppermint? I've never seen that so just curious.

i think i used spearmint, but i'm not really sure. we have tons of mint plants in one of our gardens so i just used that and it came out fine.

you can buy and plant peppermint, though. it's got a stronger flavour.

This looks great, and I just happened to pick up fresh mint yesterday at the farmers market. Looking to see now how much citrus I have, but I know I have enough to do some variation on this.
