So wrong, yet so right

This last weekend I made a Fool's Gold sandwich. So named because it was created/served at the Colorado Mine Company, where it cost $49.95 (and that was back in the day!). Oh yeah, if you like the sweet/savory combination, it's awesome. I love peanut butter and jelly, and I love bacon, so when you add the two together... wow. I only don't eat this more because it's horrible for you, lol.

When I first read about the sandwhich, I was tempted to try it. This condensed version sounds much more reasonable. I'll have to attempt it some day! What was your opinion of it?

Well, being that I am a fan of bacon and the whole sweet/savory thing, this is a big thumbs up for me (plus it's easy). But it's definitely a treat for once a year or something, because boy is it not healthy.
