My mom used to make chicken that looks exactly like this! Would you mind sharing the recipe? Looks delicious =)

I just sprinkled it with salt and pepper and fried it in 1" of canola oil until golden brown.

hi! i've never successfully fried chicken yet (too squeamish about too much oil) so did you make this over high, medium, or low heat and/or for how long? :D

Gah!
Cannot get Tillamook cheese down here in FL!
The last time I was in Seattle, I bought a 10 pound loaf, had it packed in a dry ice chilled cooler and then checked the container since it was supposedly too big to be fit into the overhead compartments.

When I arrived in West Palm, I discovered the TSA thought the package was suspicious and destroyed it, no cause given. I'm still waiting for my lawsuit to go through in small claims court. Yes, I'm going to make the TSA pay $5000 for my god damned cheese, the bastards.

That's a big loaf of cheese. Did you know that you can order it?

The local Albertsons doesn't carry it, so my hunt for my fave cheese is about a hundred mile round trip. :(

I drove to Tillamook Oregon just to buy that cheese too. lol
