I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes, but that hash looks absolutely amazing. Do you mind sharing the recipe?

I fried the bacon first and chopped it into bits. Then I basically sauteed the sweet potatoes and onions, added the Brussels sprouts and cooked them until soft and caramelized. I added the kale to finish and once softer and cooked, added the cheese.

It's like making fried potatoes, but I used much smaller pieces.
