I especially love all those colorful vegetables peeking out under the white fish.

Lovely. Pecan pie is one of my absolutely favorite ones and now my slight hunger has gone to full on must find food mode.

In case you are looking for a critique of the photos:

Depth of view does not appear very high to get a full range of the object especially the soup closeup and the fish and chips is very monochromatic or may just have too much light. Then again they all are very monochromatic so that could very well be the point so strike that if that is the case.

Clearly you have a relationship with the photographer so I was just passing my thoughts of the photos.

Your reply blocked my edit to my post too...

"[...] chips is veggies[1] are [...]"

[1] I think I just had chips on the brain because I saw nothing but that. It wasn't the other comment that woke me up.

(Replying to myself to cover karohemd and __bin's comments)

I was just wanting to see a little more in focus -- not the whole frame. My eyes kept on drifting a bit is all and I felt a little more would have made it sublime.

On a related note I was deeply saddened to not magically find a pecan pie and a crock of chowder ready for me when I got home.
